Noska shipping is express. All products are available immediately in our warehouse and on the business days of orders are carried out up to 24h on a regular basis.

Orders paid by 12.00 or with the "Cash on delivery" option, we send the same day. The shipment should arrive on the next business day.

Yes! It is possible to personal pickup from the magazine in Park Śląski (Chorzów). The order will be ready to pick up up to 24 hours. The pickup is possible on business days from 7.00 to 15.00.

At the beginning, please check the contents of the package and paper filling thoroughly, in which the products are wrapped in order to secure. Small and flat products are usually hidden in paper. Orders are collected and packed in a strictly controlled way and sent only with a set of products. In the absence of a product please contact us.

Returns and complaints

If you want to return the product purchased from us, fill out Electronic return form up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. In the return email you will receive product shipping instructions. You can send products up to 14 days after sending the form.

To submit complaints for the product purchased from us, contact us by e -mail, via Facebook or Instagram. Send a short description and optionally a photo or film illustrating the product defect. We will contact and immediately set further steps. The time to consider the complaint is 14 days, possible solutions are: a refund, discount, repair or replacement of the product. The courier pickup of the product from the complaint is on our side.
