Gift card regulations
I. General provisions
§ 1
In this document, regulating the rules of acquisition and use of the nose gift card

§ 2
2.1. The regulations specify the conditions and rules for purchasing gift cards in the store and

II. Edition of a gift card
§ 3
3.1. The gift card can be bought via the store.
3.2. The purchase of a gift card is similar to the purchase procedure, i.e.
3.2.1. The buyer selects the value of the gift card from the available options

3.2.2. The buyer indicates the number of gift cards with a specific value and formula;
3.2.3. The buyer adds a gift card in a certain quantity, formula and values to

3.2.5. Then the buyer progresses as in the case of the usual purchase of goods in

3.3. The gift card is activated when it is sent to the email address

payment.
3.4. The publisher undertakes to immediately transfer the card to the buyer

3.5. The publisher undertakes to honor the gift card in the store.
3.6. The publisher documents the purchase of a gift card with the appropriate document
accountant, sent with a gift card to the email address indicated in
order.
§ 4
4.1. The gift card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of its issue.
4.2. The value of the gift card is expressed in PLN.
4.3. The publisher may carry out and cancel promotional campaigns consisting in

III. Rules for using a gift card
§ 5
5.1. The gift card entitles her user to pay for goods offered in

§ 6
6.1. The publisher will refuse to implement a gift card in the case of:
6.1.1. lack of funds on the gift card;
6.1.2. in a situation where the user refuses to pay or is not at the moment
the possibility of paying the missing part of the price in the manner described in §5 item 5.6

6.1.3. the expiry of the gift card.
§ 7
7.1. Cash assigned to the gift card is not subject to interest or
are not refundable to the buyer or the user, in particular the card

IV. Return
§ 8
8.1. Goods acquired in the store using a gift card are refundable
on the general principles provided for in the law contained in the Regulations

10.9. In order to exercise their rights in the field of personal data, buyer or

10.10. The buyer and the user exercise their rights in accordance with the provisions regarding
personal data protection.
10.11. If the buyer or user finds that his data is processed
unlawfully, he may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Data Protection

VII. Final Provisions
§ 11
11.1. Before buying a gift card, the user is obliged to read

11.2. Issuing a gift card to the user does not constitute taxable sales

11.3.3. the need to enforce rulings or decisions or recommendations of authorized courts or
state administration bodies on content issues

11.3.5. changing the technical conditions of the gift card;
11.3.6. the need to remove possible errors or ambiguities if they appeared in
Regulations;
10.1.1. the need to modify the regulations to avoid abuse or violations

11.4. The buyer and the user will be informed about the change of regulations through
providing relevant information in the store, containing changed content
Regulations. The buyer and the user will also be informed about the change
by sending to the e-mail address assigned to the purchase or issue of the card

11.5. For gift cards issued before the amendment of the Regulations, applies
Regulations in the wording in force at the time of purchasing a gift card.
