A beautifully illustrated, informative story about intergenerational friendship by Benji Davies.
Noi lives with a dad by the sea and rarely sees with his grandmother, who lives in a little friendly island. When the boy finds out that he is to spend his vacation with his grandmother, he is not very happy- his grandmother seems a bit strange to him- he often meditates, cooks soups from seaweed and it is so bad at night! Even worse, she is too busy to play with noi ... One day the boy sneaks out of the house during the drain and suddenly surprises him. Once he loses hope for a rescue, in the distance he notices a ship with grandmother on board! Will this experience affect their bond?
