Intimate Bag serves to calm down. It allows you to relax, regenerate, set positively to yourself, people and the world. This is invaluable help in meditation, self -development, and way to bliss. 

The bag is in the form of a material tunnel, one end of which can be tied on a knot. You enter the inside and close the entrance, creating a safe, intimate, separated space for yourself. Each centimeter of the skin is now wrapped in a soft, breathable and transparent SecondSkin® fabric. Inside the sack, you can take an embryonic position or sit, lie down or roll. 

Working with a sack, you intensively stimulate deep feeling, responsible for how you feel your own body and, as a consequence, how you react to external stimuli. 

This is an irreplaceable tool to work with difficult emotions, body awareness, which will also work as a summer sleeping bag. Adults staying in sacks are relaxed, feel well with each other, they cope with everyday life easier. 

The bag comes in two versions of elasticity. We offer version A, which provides greater pressure, "holds" the whole body more strongly. It is less transparent, quickly separates from stimuli. It is suitable for working with emotional tension and therapeutic work.
