Good to know:

*Over time, oil can leak from pencils - this is a natural phenomenon and does not indicate a product defect.

** Drawings on paper can be blurred with your fingers to get neutral colors and gradations. Use a bit of talc as a fixer on paper.  

*** Drawings on rough, porous materials, such as a chalk board, walls, wood, paper and furniture are not erasible.

**** It is recommended to immediately remove the drawings from the glass after drawing. They can stabilize under the influence of UV rays. Stains clean with window liquid with a paper towel or sponge. Soak the stain on fabric or clothing in cold/summer water, apply soap or alkaline detergent directly to the stain, wash lightly manually, rinse thoroughly and leave to dry in the air.
